- Information MuslApp Collects About Users
By registering for an account and entering into the agreement to use MuslApp, User consents to the collection, use and disclosure of personal information, personally identifiable information, geolocation information, and/or financial information as permitted by applicable privacy laws. User consents that the information User provides may be stored on servers located outside of his or her state of residence.
MuslApp collects personal information and personally identifiable information, including information that would allow someone to determine the actual identity of a person such as personal descriptions, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, sexual orientation and preferences, personality traits, certain health information, and other information about the User such as their name, address, e-mail address, telephone number(s), photos, birth dates and passwords. MuslApp also collects geolocation information about User’s location, although Users of premium services, promotions or products may opt out of providing geolocation information. MuslApp’s business partners, including third party app stores such as Apple/ITunes and Google Play, may collect payment information from User, including credit card and/or debit card information, for the payment of any premium services or promotions. MuslApp and its affiliates and partners may collect this personal and financial information through the website, a mobile application, or other online services such as third party app stores.
Once User has registered for an account, User will have the ability to review and edit his or her profile information. User has the discretion to include or not include information, but the failure to provide information may result in the inability to access certain content or functions.
- Use of Technology to Collect Information
MuslApp uses various technologies to collect information from User’s device, and about User’s activities while using MuslApp. MuslApp automatically collects information from User’s browser or device when they visit MuslApp. This information could include User’s IP address, device ID and type, User’s browser type and language, the language operating system used by User’s device, geolocation, access times, and the referring website address.
When User visits MuslApp, MuslApp may assign User’s device one or more cookies or other technologies that facilitate personalization to facilitate access to MuslApp and to personalize User’s experience. Through the use of a cookie, MuslApp may automatically collect information about User’s activity such as the pages User visits, the time and date of User’s visits and the links User clicks. Through those cookies, MuslApp may automatically collect information regarding the use of MuslApp. If User is on a mobile device, MuslApp uses mobile device IDs or Advertising IDs (for iOS 6 and later) instead of cookies to recognize User. MuslApp does this to store User preferences and track use of MuslApp. Unlike cookies, device IDs cannot be deleted.
- Use and Sharing of User Information by MuslApp
User’s public profile information will be available to other MuslApp users. User has the ability to set the criteria for sharing information with other Users. User should also be aware that there are three channels in which User may share information with other users, and to be careful to ensure that User is communicating with other users in the appropriate channel.
MuslApp may share User’s personal and/or financial information with certain third parties for a variety of internal purposes such improving products and services, managing accounts and providing customer service, communicating with Users, developing and displaying content, marketing assistance, sales analysis, traffic analytics, website or mobile application analytics, or enforcing rights under the Terms and Conditions [Link to Terms and Conditions].
MuslApp may share User’s information, including User’s name, contact information, interests, activities and transactions, with its business affiliates and partners. MuslApp may also share User’s information in other situations that require disclosure, including responding to a subpoena, court order, or law enforcement investigation, or other situations where MuslApp deems disclosure appropriate to investigate or prevent illegal activity from occurring on the website. Finally, MuslApp may need to share information in connection with a corporate transaction or sale to a third party.
MuslApp may also use and share non-personal information it collects under any of the above circumstances. MuslApp may share aggregated, non-personal information, or personal information in hashed, non-human readable form, with third parties for the purpose of conducting general business analysis, advertising, marketing, or other business purposes. MuslApp may also share User’s geolocation information in de-identified form with third parties for the above purposes.

Users that have purchased premium products, services or promotions have the option of setting their privacy settings such that certain information will not be tracked, including web visits and other on-line services.

MuslApp takes precautions to protect User information from unauthorized access and disclosure, but no system can be completely secure. User should understand that his or her communications may not always remain secure, and that User should take care to be careful with personal information and using insecure e-mail. User agrees that MuslApp may communicate with User electronically through the MuslApp messenger service regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues. MuslApp will send notifications to User’s account.
- Children’s Privacy
MuslApp is limited to individuals over the age of 18, and thus MuslApp does not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information of children under the age of 18.
